Due to flooding at Gray's Lake Park the Capital Striders Summer/Fall Training Program will meet Saturday mornings at Drake University (in front of Meredith Hall) through July 19.

Team Prevention is proud to present the IMT Des Moines Marathon as one of its most walker-friendly events and will feature the Prevention Early Start time for marathon walkers.
